Cup update

2nd XI in T20 Finals Day on Sunday 17th July

This Sunday sees the Woodhouse Grange Second team compete in the Finals Day of the Edward Readman Trophy T20 competition.

The day begins at 10:30 with a semi-final versus Patrington, to be held at Pocklington CC.

The winning team will then travel down the road to Yapham CC to play the final, which is scheduled to start at 2:30pm.

Woodhouse reached the semi-final by winning previous rounds against Yapham, Dunnington and Pocklington, and ultimately beating Drffield in the quarter final, in which Matt Durkin starred with 65 not out.

Sunday is a busy day for Woodhouse Grange as we also have our Sponsored Walk, however anyone not involved in the Walk will be more than welcome to cheer on the Second team towards cup glory.

Good luck to skipper Rob Daniel and his boys.

Matt Durkin Batting 1

Matt Durkin will be hoping to continue his form from the quarter final, in which he struck an unbeaten 65.
