Woodhouse Grange Cricket Club has once again collaborated with the Sutton-upon-Derwent Village Hall Committee to organise this excellent event.
Now in its sixth year, the Sutton Beer Festival has become a fixture in the calendar at Sutton-upon-Derwent, the village most local to Woodhouse Grange on the eastern outskirts of York.
The Festival continues to grow in popularity, its range of entertainment and refreshments in a friendly atmosphere throughout the day appealing to beer connoisseurs, rugby fans, families and local residents alike.
Live coverage of all three Six Nations Rugby matches - the final round of fixtures in the 2018 tournament - will be shown on the big screen in the Village Hall.
A wide range of cask beers is on offer from the following brewers: Tapped Brew Co, Half Moon Brewery, Greene King, Bad Seed Brewery, Brew York, Great Heck, The Hop Studio, Brown Cow, Revolutions.
A selection of lager, cider, gin and wine will also be available from the bar, and some hot food will also be on offer.
The event gets underway as early as 12:30pm, with the Italy vs Scotland match kicking off immediately.
A mid-afternoon surge is anticipated as England take on Ireland at Twickenham from 2:45pm, with Wales vs France following at 5:00pm.
We hope that you can join us for another bumper beer festival.
