How it works:

1. Register your details on the entry form on this page.

2. An email invitation will follow from membership@woodhousegrangecc.co.uk (please allow up to 48 hours for this).

3. Follow the link on the email to complete your payment setup and ticket allocation.

4. Payments are taken on 1^st day of each month, with confirmation emailed to entrants.

5. All paid tickets are entered into the draw, which is conducted on or before the 10^th day of the month (using a random selector app). 

6. The winner* (i.e. the first ticket drawn) is announced by email and on our Facebook page.

7. Steps 4-6 are repeated each month.

*Our aim is to increase the value/volume of our prize offering as the competition grows - all subject to participation levels.

Email invites

Depending on your email provider/settings, our emails can occasionally slip outside of your core inbox. To reduce the likelihood of this happening, we recommend adding:

• our domain @woodhousegrangecc.co.uk to your safe senders
• our email address membership@woodhousegrangecc.co.uk to your contacts. 

However, it may be worth keeping an eye on 'Promotional' or 'Other' sections if your inbox is split, plus your junk/spam folder. If you are still unable to find an 'invite to Monthly Draw' email within 48 hours of registration, then please don't hesitate to contact us at membership@woodhousegrangecc.co.uk.

Wish to opt out?

Whilst we hope that you'll retain your entry for the foreseeable future (after all, you have to be in it to win it!), we do understand that people may wish to cancel their Monthly Draw subscription at some stage. If this is the case, please complete our opt-out form and we'll do the rest.
